GagaMuller has been appointed to deliver Project Management and Cost Management services for a 50MW data centre development in the Nordics. This project marks GagaMuller’s seventh data centre initiative in the region.

The scope also includes Schedule Management, Design Management, and Project Controls, ensuring rigorous oversight and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. To date, the team has successfully completed detailed design reviews and played a critical role in tracking and procuring long lead equipment, ensuring seamless integration into the Stage 4 RIBA design process.

The 28,000 sqm project is currently under construction. Upon completion, the development will comprise three data halls and high-quality office space. It will also supply waste heat to local district heating networks, delivering energy to regional customers and supporting municipalities in reducing CO₂ emissions.

A long-term lease with a major end user has been pre-agreed for the data centre upon delivery.
