Founded to Build with Data
GagaMuller was founded with a clear purpose: to combine construction expertise with data and technology to improve how complex projects are managed and delivered.

Major European Data Centre Appointment
Secured our first major data centre Project Controls appointment in the Nordics, establishing our expertise in mission-critical infrastructure.

Embedded Hyperscale Delivery
Expanded into on-site Project Controls delivery for a major hyperscale data centre programme, becoming embedded within the client's delivery team.

From Projects to Programmes
Our role expanded across multiple hyperscale campuses, providing wider Project Controls and PMO services and supporting delivery at programme level.

Strategic Client Partnerships
Established longer-term relationships with major hyperscale and data centre clients, supporting programmes across multiple projects and markets.

Expanded beyond specialist controls into integrated Project Management, Cost Management and Owner's Representative / PMC services on major data centre programmes.
