The Opportunity

CSA Quantity Surveyor

GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of a major data centre development project in Kouvola, Finland. The CSA Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for supporting the commercial management of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works across the project lifecycle.

Working closely with project delivery teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders, you will support procurement, cost management, subcontract administration, reporting, and commercial controls to ensure successful project delivery in line with budget, programme, and contractual requirements.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced mission-critical environment while gaining exposure to large-scale international data centre developments.

MEP Quantity Surveyor

GagaMuller is supporting the delivery of a major mission-critical data centre development in Kouvola, Finland. The MEP Quantity Surveyor will play a key role within the Project Management Consultancy team overseeing MEP Contractor performance, commercial management, progress tracking, and change management throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with Project Managers, BIM teams, Scheduling teams, Construction teams, and client stakeholders, you will support cost control, procurement, reporting, forecasting, and subcontractor management activities across Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health packages.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a fast-paced international data centre environment, delivering complex mission-critical infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

CSA Quantity Surveyor

• Support the commercial management of Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) works packages.
• Assist in procurement, tendering, subcontract administration, and cost planning activities.
• Prepare valuations, forecasts, cost reports, and commercial documentation.
• Support change management and commercial risk management processes.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.

MEP Quantity Surveyor

• Support the commercial management of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health (MEP) works packages.
• Assist in procurement, cost control, forecasting, and reporting activities.
• Support contractor management, change control, and commercial compliance processes.
• Prepare valuations, cost reports, cashflow forecasts, and commercial documentation.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, BIM teams, Scheduling teams, Construction teams, and client stakeholders.

In-country requirements:

On-Site Requirement: Candidates are required to be on-site full-time; however, they are not expected to reside in the country full-time. 

Qualifications & Experience

CSA Quantity Surveyor

• NFQ Level 7 or higher qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience in a Quantity Surveying role within a Consultancy or Main Contractor environment.
• Strong experience managing CSA works packages.
• Experience working on Data Centre, Pharmaceutical, Industrial, or other large-scale complex construction projects is highly desirable.
• Experience managing subcontract procurement, valuations, variations, and final accounts.

MEP Quantity Surveyor

• Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years post-qualification experience within the MEP Quantity Surveying industry.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and services associated with Data Centre construction.
• Experience managing MEP cost control on large-scale construction projects.
• Experience working on Data Centre, Mission Critical, Industrial, or Commercial projects is highly advantageous.
