Commenting on the promotions, Timmy Falvey said:
“These promotions reflect the level our team are already operating at and the role they are playing across the business.
Strengthening leadership across our teams is a critical part of how we scale, ensuring we maintain consistency in delivery and uphold the standards we’ve built as our projects continue to grow in scale.”
These promotions also reflect the long-term development of the team, with each having grown within the business and taken on increasing responsibility over time.
Alongside their core project responsibilities, each will take ownership of specific areas within the business, contributing to the ongoing development of GagaMuller’s integrated, data led delivery model and supporting the growth of teams across disciplines.
As projects increase in scale and complexity, this structure provides the leadership alignment required to deliver consistently and maintain the standards expected across all projects.
By continuing to develop leaders from within, GagaMuller reinforces how it operates, combining strong leadership with practical delivery experience and ensuring clients are supported by teams that understand the demands of delivery at scale.
