You will embark on an exciting journey where you will:
Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information critical to project success.
Assist in the digital transformation of our clients’ portfolios by leveraging your expertise in BIM tools and workflows, contributing to meaningful technological advancements.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients, providing insightful progress reports through innovative dashboards, ensuring transparency and clarity throughout project lifecycles.
Throughout the programme, you’ll complete projects designed to reflect our values. They’ll provide you with a wider social network and a deeper understanding of our business across Ireland & UK.
You’ll be supported by a graduate network and professional support group to help guide you through the programme.
You will have a designated line manager to mentor you, a buddy to support you and an Emerging Talent Development plan to guide your progress.
You’ll have the opportunity to work towards membership of your chosen professional body.
