Over the past three years, the business has grown its team by more than 65%, expanding from Ireland into the UK and Finland, with further locations planned as it continues to grow alongside its clients. This growth has been driven by increasing demand for a more structured, data-led approach to delivering large-scale data centre programmes.

As part of this, Timmy Falvey has been appointed Managing Director.

Timmy has played a central role in shaping how GagaMuller delivers projects, building integrated teams across project management, cost management, and digital. In his role as Managing Director, he will lead the business across its operations and delivery functions, while also working closely with Paddy Ryan and Thomas Gillen at board level to support the long-term growth and strategic direction of the company.

GagaMuller is currently supporting clients across Europe on hyperscale campus developments, with teams working across programmes delivering in excess of 600MW of data centre capacity. At this scale, maintaining control across cost, schedule, and delivery requires a level of integration that traditional delivery models struggle to achieve.

The business has developed an integrated delivery model built around project management, cost, schedule, and digital working from a single, reliable data set. This approach reduces time spent reporting and increases the focus on resolving issues, while providing clear, real-time visibility across all levels of delivery.

By combining global standards with local delivery, GagaMuller is building teams and supply chains capable of supporting the scale and pace of growth its clients are planning over the coming years.

Alongside this, the business continues to strengthen leadership across its core disciplines, ensuring it has the capability and structure required to support increasingly complex programmes across multiple regions.

Commenting on the appointment, Paddy Ryan said:

“Timmy has been instrumental in how the business has developed over the last number of years. This move reflects the role he is already playing across the company and gives us the structure we need as we continue to grow across multiple regions and increasingly complex programmes.”

GagaMuller is forecasting significant growth in the year ahead, driven by long-term partnerships with clients across Europe and continued demand for a more integrated, data-led approach to project delivery.
