About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Information Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within defined Document requirements, timelines, and scopes. As a key liaison between stakeholders, clients, and the project team, you will ensure effective communication and successful project delivery.
- Develop a strategy outlining how project information will be managed throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define information needs, formats, and levels of detail for the project.
- Assess the existing technology infrastructure and recommend solutions to support effective information management.
- Create a plan to engage with stakeholders to gather input and ensure alignment with the information management strategy.
- Refine and document detailed information requirements for each project phase and stakeholder.
- Establish data and information standards to ensure consistency and compatibility across the project.
- Develop a plan outlining roles, responsibilities, processes, and tools for managing project information.
- Identify and implement collaborative platforms for document sharing, communication, and information exchange.
