Role

You will administer the company payroll, accounts and expenses.

A high level of professionalism with the ability to handle a lot of information is crucial to this role. Strong time management and communication skills are essential to carry out the role as well as efficient organisational skills with the ability to administer tasks over multiple priorities. The ability to exercise good judgement in a variety of situations and comfortable working under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, and efficient

Responsibilities

· Manage weekly money in and money out
· Creation, issuing and payment tracking of weekly invoices
· Administer Company Management accounts
· Administer Company Profit & Loss
· Administer Company Balance Sheets
· Administer Company Budgeting
· Administer Company sales forecasts and lookaheads
· Linking in with the accountant on regulatory items
· Payroll for all employees
· VAT Returns (Ireland, UK, Scandinavia)
· Tax returns (Ireland, UK, Scandinavia)
· Management of ROS online and all deliverables
· Regular contact with the company's Accountants to ensure all matters are taken care of including Tax Compliance, Registrations etc.
· Develop, maintain & Review company folder structures and organisations layout for documentation and communication.
