What to expect

Week 1

Identify your goal: setting your company's goal gives you the chance to put time into what actually matters to you and your company’s growth. Once the goal has been identified, it will be easier to put a plan in place.

Week 2

Build your business plan: having a well constructed business plan allows you to lay out your goals and progress as your company grows. This should be the first thing to do when starting a business. In this workshop, we'll take you through each step necessary to achieve a correct business plan and show you its importance.

Week 3

Build your financial forecasts: just like having a business plan is important to see what lays ahead of you, it's also as important to be aware of what could happen in the future  by analysing past and current experience. We'll take you through financial forecasting, where we'll show you how to properly create a financial plan for your business and estimate the projected income and expenses.

Week 4

Developing a pitch deck: a pitch deck doesn't just need to "look" good, it also needs to be concise and updated with relevant information, without going overboard. We'll take a look and learn which information is necessary and which is not.

Week 5

Investors meetings - plan and succeed: when it comes to investors, you need to be ready to approach them in the right angle. With this workshop, you'll understand the importance of meeting investors,  the way to schedule these meetings and the do's and don'ts of holding investor meetings.

Week 6

Build your team dynamics: Team dynamics influence the direction of your team’s performance and behaviour. A team with poor dynamics can bring to disrupted work flow, poor decision-making or no decision-making at all. Learn how to avoid this from happening in our dedicated workflow.

Week 7

Identify your competitors and customers: knowing who your competitors are, and what they are offering, can help you to make your products, services and marketing stand out. Knowing also who your customers are gives you the opportunity to identify your target market and focus on the right advertising/marketing by reaching the right people.

Week 8

Measuring and evaluating your performance and progress: company’s performance needs to be measured so that managers can understand if the business’ strategic plans are working or not. Investors can also decide whether or not to invest in a particular company based on its performance. Learn how to create a Strategy for your business and make those plans work.

Week 9

Push your service/product to the market: marketing is more than just an advertising campaign; it should result in revenue for your business. Understanding the different ways to promote your product or service can help you make the right choice for your business.
