We operate to a simple motto, "Do it once, do it right or don't do it at all". This flows through all our work and processes to ensure we and our clients deliver a quality end project.
What is it?
Quality refers to the process of delivering a project without a defect being present. This is achieved by meeting specific standards of quality that have been be defined at the start of the project and measured throughout delivery while ensuring that the required criteria are met.
How do we digitalise it?
The relationship between cost, time and quality is often referred to, but our opinion is that time (Constuction Program) and cost (Construction Budget) are generally non-negotiable. That would infer that quality must suffer. By digitally monitoring the the works as they are completed on site and establishing quality checklists, we ensure that quality does not suffer. The quality standards that are set out at the the start of the project become the digital measuring stick. We implement a system that utilises mobile hardware to record the status of a piece of work as it progresses towards sign-off. Project teams are automatically notified of instances where quality is sub-standard. This allows the workforce to identify where works are satisfactory but more importantly, enabling them to focus on the items that require attention.
